The Orlando Magic again showed the inconsistency that has baffled everyone for the past six weeks. A 126-109 loss to the Memphis Grizzlies just shows the team doesn’t have the thing they can rely on.

It’s time to address the Mosley thing. You and the other reporters need to ask Mosley if he knows how to or about pick and roll and what they practice or if he knows how to get easy baskets because every year he is bottom 5 on offense and 3s and least this year he’s in the middle with points and better fast break because of adding bane and black has stepped up. Our roster has been changed and prepped for years but Mosley is the only constant. He needs to be the focus of blame and held accountable… you see it with Paolo every interview, he looks miserable and upset and deflated because he wants to score in the post and paint and Mosley doesn’t know how to use any of these players well…and we are currently bottom 5 in bench points per game and with Mo we were top 5 which he did all by himself. The offense is so bad you think anybody could do as well. We got tyus jones as a legit pg that can run an offense and he’s been a glorified spot up shooter and playing the Caleb Houstan role. The players are just fed up for the most part and most fans are fed up as well. It’s time for an intervention with Mosley and let him know he is the problem or get a coach that would drool over this roster and know how to use them well for offense. It’s been borrowed time for some time but this is it.

I guess its a good thing I didnt watch. Results like this is why I'm about to tune out. If this doesnt work out, expect yet another decade of bottom of the league. We are too expensive and have no picks for this not to work smh

I’m sick of Mosley scared to call timeouts!
Kudos to player development but coaching is lacking. This team takes too long to get going. The plan sucks, the adjustments suck, bad effort, and/or the players are not listening.
The inconsistency with the team on both ends of the floor this year is inexcusable. We look like a lottery team this year. We don’t run any plans on offense and if we do, it’s Carter sets one screen and someone comes off of it only to have everyone else stand around on the three point line. Hey Mosley, I don’t know if you know this but we are a HORRIBLE three point shooting team. No cutters, no moving, no nothing. We are out coached every single game. It’s embarrassing.

I believe you are very correct on everything you said, the question is now what is the real problem? Why don’t these guys want to play defense? why these players are so inconsistent? why do we have such a big problem with consistency and having a team that can shoot the ball halfway decent? I have to say that is a coaching problem. I know everybody loves Mosley, but I do believe very strongly that he needs to be fired. When teams go and runs against us, he doesn’t stop the bleeding by calling timeout. I don’t care if you have to call 2 or 3 timeouts in a row, you need to do it in order to change directions in order to stop the bleeding in order to change these guys behavior or attitude. it’s getting very very exhausting to be a magic fan.

I don't understand their up and down. The same great team one game is also trash on the following night.
They can’t shoot 3s because their offense is extremely predictable! They played well when they were Defense first and half court offense. Why did they need to be an offensive team? Makes no sense.
This team is schizophrenic. Its becoming more neurotic as the season progresses. We still don't have a point guard. Not sure what happened to Jase, but he is the closest we have to one. Maybe Dennis Schroder is available? Team needs more fight in them.
Mosley is holding this team back. Preparation, or lack thereof, for this game is on the coaches. The one area they needed to improve was three point shooting and even Bane, a career 40% 3 point shooter, is only shooting 33%. Mosley is clueless on offensive scheme. He knew they needed improvement and he is failing. This is another national embarrassment something the Magic are familiar with. They miss layups, they get outrebounded, they lacked energy.
If Mosley cares about Orlando even just a little bit, he should quit, for the best of the team…
They were inconsistent in Berlin too, most magic fans are ignoring how bad we started and looked against a ja morant less grizzlies and we came back and won bc for franz Moe and Tristan, most nights that ain’t gonna fly and it’s been two months of this crap, a decision should be made this week abt Moselys future with the team
