  1. It needs to be said clearly, Yang Hansen is not good as a first-round draft pick. confused, weak, and doesn’t understand the game

  2. Before the season I predicted 46-36 that was with better health. I still think they can get there if they can avoid more serious injuries. I thought 6th seed. Time for stacking some W's.

  3. Good show Mike🙏

The really good thing about this season is the Blazers have a really (relatively) easy schedule begging a month and a half from now.
If they’ll be around 500 until the end of February they’ll probably are going to finish this season well above the 500 goal they set for themselves at the beginning of the season.

Also Shadon looks like the type of player that needs a longer developmental process due to the fact he started his professional career without any good understanding how the game should be played.

I’m hoping this couple of years with Dru and Dame will do a lot of good for him in that context (btw seems this is also doing a lot of good Caleb + Caleb’s age which makes him more mature and ready).

That said the next thing we need to see from Shaedon to be sure he is in a very good place in terms of his development is consistency in his long range shooting which is looking good for the last month.
That said his decision making and his willingness to make an extra pass looks much much better for a few months now which is a very good sign.

  4. Blazers are going to be champions this season !!
    Just stay healthy !!
This team is special.. when we in a flow state no team can touch us..
We just need to cleen a bit our game..
    Deni for MVP!

  5. If Jrue and Grant still be in injury management (in back to back), maybe one will play against the heat and the other against the raptors.

  6. This team is exciting. There are 38 games left and I estimate it will end with 25 more wins. That will probably be enough for seventh place.

  7. Yep, 38 wins. Nope, didn't see Deni exploding like this. Didn't see Sidy and Love being difference makers off the bench. Please with the current position if not the current state of the team.

  8. My guess at the beginning of the year, before the first game… it was 40 wins… but, after all the mess, I was doubtful.

  9. I say they go 29-12 if they close the season with at least 15 healthy bodies (including Caleb and Sidy). I’m calling it. 51-31 final record.

  10. Maybe Shaedon needs to learn how to flop? He gets a lot of contact, same as Deni, but doesnt get many calls. Maybe Shaedon is too ethical?

  11. Caleb and Sidy have been huge parts of this team’s success. I can’t imagine not keeping both of them. But then who’s out? Rayan? Duop?

Things could get messy here in a couple weeks.

  12. Was at the Laker game and the amount of Laker fans in the building is overwhelming at times… like when they cheered for Lebron's one big dominant drive to the hoop in the first half. 😵‍💫 All it would take is one deep run in the playoffs to FLUSH OUT these traitorous LA fans. They clearly don't know the history. 7th game of 1991 Western Conference finals & Magic Johnson. Showing my age but if you know, you know. 😠

  13. Thanks for another great take! Love watching your feedback! Now that ive moved to NM, Blazers are not a thing around here. Love having this to view. Thanks Mike!

  14. The schedule from here on is very easy. We are done with OKC, only 1 more with Spurs. We still get to play many tanking teams like the Jazz twice, Brooklyn twice, Wizards twice, Memphis twice, Pacers twice. The wins should stack up from here. To think we are .500 with horrible injury luck and playing the most difficult half of our schedule is remarkable. We should finish well over .500 in the remaining 38 games.

  15. Finally! So excited about this team! Don't wait for next year. just need to improve clutch time a bit and we are playoff ready!

  16. Lakers still benefitted from a LeBron style challenge, they had to rule in favor of Lakers on our challenge which was very obvious BS

  17. I used to think Sabonis was worth going after, but after watching him the last couple of years it is clear that he is grossly overpaid, he can rebound and beat people up but that’s about it. Not even a good defender.

  18. I could have imagined Deni being this good this season but would have never imagined Clingan improving this much in one year. Shae is solid and improving and the team chemistry seems to be off the charts.
