Wonder what his definition is. Realistically I think the Thunder are by far the best team. Denver has a decent chance to beat them. Outside of that I don't see any team beating those two if healthy.

The Wolves endurance over the long haul – along with size and skilled bigs or near-bigs – mean they are dangerous in the playoffs even now. They would do well to bring in another bench piece, as John said.

😂 Wolves are definitely contenders. As long as Finch doesn’t mess this up, Beringer and Hyland gave the Wolves the depth they needed…. Watch and see.
He’s not wrong but his explanation is, Wolves have no real bench and their point guard play is lacking, Naz Ried isn’t a good backup center, he’s a stretch 4 really. If they can get a PG, then they can be a contender

The Timberwolves beat OKC this season, and almost swept the Spurs.
Wolves at their best can beat any team in a series including OKC.. you’d be a fool to go into the playoffs doubting them again
