Thibs sitting home cracking up. This was an issue last year, but this year it's like the teacher is out and the substitute is in charge. No accountability out there and the trade deadline wont fix it. This might be the worst time for this team to fall apart with such a weak Eastern Conference.
I'm not sure what's in his contract (Browns) but at what point does the Brain Trust get involved, especially in terms of Defense? It's very confusing to me especially because we are in the trade window and everyone knows we want Giannis. It's been very quiet about that lately. Towns trade value has to be plummeting. The league has figured him out defensively and the only thing he's able to do is shoot threes and rebound everything else he does it's an offensive foul or some kind of craziness. In his defense he does get grabbed held and whacked every night and the refs are failing him. But still he needs to be gone. We aren't winning a championship with him. Even if it's not Giannis, do something. And get someone else to coach and coordinate the Damned defense. Pay them whatever they want to fix the defense

Coach and staff have nothing to do with the team dismal performance and should not be faulted. The missing shots are on the shoulders of the players. They are at fault.

If the Knicks were going to fire Thibs, they had to hire a coach who had a proven track record of winning and preferably a championship. Mike Malone was available and they passed on him. The Knicks had no plan when they fired Thibs. They were asking to interview coaches who were under contract already which was disrespectful to those teams. They settled on a recycled coach in Mike Brown who'd been fired three times already from his other jobs.
