I love Jackson jr he would immediately be a defensive presence like we really need. I am sick of towns and he will never play well here. The man wants the ball and can’t figure out our system. If they can get Jackson and Wells or maybe a couple others like I think of I make this trade in a heartbeat.
Knicks need to step up and stop taking steps backwards. Still messing up defensively and offensively. This keeps happening they are going to keep getting booed at home games. Cant blame one person its a team effort

Trading all your draft capital for bridges is a huge hit on Leon and WWW but when loosing that capital is the reason Giannis isn’t a knick is a fireable offense IMO
I disagree with your take on Thibs. They needed to get rid of him because he was playing 5 guys 40+ minutes per game. You knicks fans have a short term memory. Guy was only playing 7 guys only. When he realized his job was on the line he started rushing guys to play who never felt comfortable being on the court. His style of coaching was outdated and guys were getting injured left, right and center. This roster wouldnt win a Championship even if they had Phil Jackson, Red Auerback, Pat Riley and Greg Popovich all coaching at the same time. They are talented but they dont have the grit to win it all. Mike Brown may be responsible somewhat but this is not all his fault. You know darn well this team lucked out by beating Boston those first 2 games last season. Cut the nonsense. This roster is flawed

I finally heard someone on podcast saying Mike Brown is going to take heat! Mention James Dolan as main person who destroyed this team by firing Thibbs hiring Brown. Okay….I'll agree with that! This team cnnot handles success! So getting rid of Kat will make Knicks a better team. Get out of here! First 25 games I started to approve of new coach. But as his coaching to me seemed he was jst trying to do a 180 on the way Thibbs coached. Or should I say the perception of outsiders defined Thibbs coachinh. The supposed not resting stasrters and not building on bench. Or outsiders saying he doesn't know how to work with rookies/young players. So as I observed all of this I was like big deal! They're winning! So is everyone happy? I mean isn't it normal to watch a new head coach over season and rate him in relationship as team is doing? I find it very strange that I'm not hearing anything about how Mike Brown's coaching has nothing to do with Knick state of affairs. Brown HAS TO HAVE somthing to do with why Knicks are where they're at! I believe Thibbs knew the team and used players he knew would win. What I'm seeing now is coaching that worked for a while but doesn't have staying power. Brown changed the team and there's no turning back!
As a family who coached and played a lot of basketball throughout our lives (some national teams and other assistant jobs here and there), here is what we all see. Bridges is physically exhausted. Strengths are his quickness, agility and long arms with just enough lift leading to an unguardable midrange jumper. The quickness is not there lately. Hes had slower guys blowing past him this last month. His legs are tired most notably on his mid range jumpers.
KAT is clearly playing injured since last year. He has basically no lift in his jump shot. He had just enough to shoot over people and enough to create good spacing for 3 point shots further out than normal. He is now either shooting front of the rim bricks or airballs. He is also a liability in terms of childish fouls. This is in part due to the frustration of how hard and how many times he gets fouled. The referrees KNOW he bitches and moans, hence, why they dont call fouls for him as they should and why he does get offensive fouls called on him more than usual.
OG has always been inconsistent. A lot of it is mental. OG has the physical ability to run through the basket like LBJ has done in his career. Instead, he is told to shoot threes.
Kolek doesnt get enough time to run the 2nd unit now because Deuce is back. Love Deuce. He is NOT a PG.
Deuce gets desperate on offense when he is off. Last 2-3 games he has been abysmal.
Our smaller lineups with JB, Mik, Hart, OG and Towns don't help against bigger teams either.
When we are not hitting three pointers, WE CONTINUE TO FORCE THE ISSUE. Just enough with this shit already. You shoot 50 of them, make 40 percent, thats 60 points. You take 50 two pointers and have at least a 60% chance if not more-so. 2 pointers, ie driving to the basket, have a higher probability of getting fouled, hence more potential points overall and a decrease in aggressiveness from the other team or foul trouble for their players. This last month I've seen so many wide open drives or put backs intentionally passed out to shoot a damn three pointer BECAUSE MUH ANALYTICS.
Bridges can keep the streak going by starting a few games and then get benched to rest. Man needs to rest. He is too skinny to have any reserve energy in his body.
Giannis is the only viable trade. Every where else, Knicks will get raped.

Go Grizzlies. Yeah let's make a trade. Now Knicks fans must know GM Kleiman doesn't want any parts of operating over the salary cap. I would trade Towns for JJJ. It's sounds odd but Memphis will expect two 1st at minimum. JJJ, KCP and maybe Vince Williams Jr. Memphis would want expiring contracts from the Knicks. If I was the Knicks I would ask for GG. I doubt Memphis would let him go for cheap. Memphis has several players playing on almost a veterans minimum salary locked in for atleast two more years.

I don't like when MB plays the double lineup… When Mitch comes in, we need those minutes w Kat not in the game so we can catch up/go ahead..Mitch becomes less efficient when he's apart of the "other 4 helping Kat on D" game That happens every minute he's on the floor

If the Knicks trade Towns, we’re going to go backwards as in the past with Ewing, Carmelo, M. Jackson, Bernard K, Randle and others. We tend to give up on the players to quick, has it made a difference being that way? Mark my words we will go backwards as in in time for a longer drought than the one present. We have made progress, let us fix the hurdles we are going to through. We are close as to one more piece, let us search for that instead of breaking what we have built. We need to taken "championship year" out of our vocabulary. We have the talent but we're obviously aren't playing anywhere near that level. Even if we made a trade, it'll take time to see how the new player jells.
The problem now is Kat is playing so bad he is losing his value but the knicks still better be careful and get fleeced.

JJJ is a good option if Giannis isn't available. Right now Teams don't fear the Knicks with Kat on defense. In fact they Target him and Brunson defensively but Knicks can't survive with a bad defensive big man!!! With JJJ other Players in the league will second guess trying to challenge him. With kat it's an open house!!!
