Boston Celtics Intense Rebounding Drill

We love how the Celtics coaches were being extremely physical to stop the players from getting rebounds at practice.

This naturally leads to the players being more aggressive so they can get into better rebounding positioning.

Coaches can use the following constraints to increase the intensity at practice:
– Defense can use arms to push
– No jumping allowed to rebound
– Ball must hit the floor before it can be rebounded
– NO FOULS! (keep it clean)
