Warriors had no chance prior to injury, but if Steph wants to stay in the mix he needs to ask for a trade.
If you were in his shoes, what teams are you looking at?
It would take a lot for me to take Jimmy Butler. I see zero teams that are interested in him unless it's a tanking team, but what are the Warriors giving them to take Jimmy back?
They were the 2nd best team in the nba since December and they were trending up. But steph should ask out. just about every contending team will try to get him

Don’t really like the Warriors, but I can look at basketball neutrally. I’d say it was a certainty they wouldn’t have won the title last season in 2025, barring all the other opinion issues, if only because if he didn’t get injured that game, he would’ve gotten injured somewhere along the way; also opening the possibility/ likelihood for Jimmy Butler to get injured last season, or even others. That’s shown by how they described the injury, and everything leading up to the injury, as well as the obvious changes they made this season hoping to at least lessen it as a possibility.
I would say them changing/ revolutionizing their style isn’t shown to be that realistic either because for one that’s what their past has shown, and as all those players you mentioned were the key to start finding the time to figure that out then, early when it was easiest. And all those times they chose to revert back to the old style so determinedly, and reject the possibilities of the new, (often times seemingly not even for basketball reasons), that that was their statement of intent for the future as well, where it was only going to get harder to change and or ‘evolve’ their style.

Butler amd Draymond yelled racial slurs on the court a couple weeks ago and no one cared . Imagine Luka and Ar15 did that it would be national news . Point is you can say whatever you want about yte people in the liberal media just can talk about blk people and J..w..h people..
