Unfortunately I think it makes sense to waive Duop and sign Sidy. Hansen isn’t better than he is right now, but sheesh, he just absolutely has to be at least that useful next year or this CBA experiment will be short lived. So give him some run now. Also, in the pie in the sky world where the Blazers are in the playoffs, there won’t be back to backs, so Williams is fine as the primary back-up.
Caleb Love? I think I would prefer to cut him rather than Blake or Rupert. Blake is a first rounder and only 22. Rupes is even younger and starting to figure it out. Better to make a 2-out and 1 back trade. Maybe it doesn’t matter much if Scoot is coming back anyway.
