That WAS A foul on Wallace. A foul is something hard. He hit hard. However, that wasn’t a foul on Portis, wasn’t hard. A foul IS SIMPLE, anything hard. This isn’t football. Hitting hard is illegal in basketball. It is legal to touch your opponent in basketball as long as it’s not hard. It’s a very simple concept to understand.
