It’s my birthday today
TS is doing a good job. in the beginning he made a lot of mistakes but he learned fast. and he is doing a very good job.
I've seen Splitter yel at Deni to get back after completing about a non call. I love it.
TS is great but I believe Blazers need proper interview process. I agree that Blazers need to be more Professional and act like a Top Notch Franchise in regards to Interview process for HC.

I can attest that is not a something he measures lightly.
Yes TS has earned it. The key for me is how the players and play for him. Adelman was a player's choice. How the new ownership handles this will be interesting.
