  1. Would rather include Poeltl instead of IQ even if it means throwing in a draft pick

  2. Meh. Monk would be nice but… No.

Sabonis Contract not worth it. And we need rim detteremt and stretch big threat. Id rather get Gafford as bu 5. Not a shooter but athletic, shot blocker and lob threat. Not the most skilled offensive but a good stop gap and bu until reps figure out Poetl injury issue. Sharpe from Nets could be a thing too.

  3. No one will take on IQ's contract. Shedding Poetl will be tough. Dick, Walter, Agbaji. and Barrett are our trading chips (along with picks).

  4. I like RJ but how much does he play in the end, and is it worth the money paying for a guy with injury issues especially in his legs. When Rj plays he fits this team so perfectly though, and he's a hometown boy and cares about playing in Toronto. The pros and cons, what makes most sense for this team trying to make its next step from rebuild

  5. It's a no go. Not a huge fan of Quick, his contract and the way he's been playing but outside of him and Shead (who isn't ready for full time pg duties), we don't have any other PGs on the roster

  6. If it’s that trade specifically I don’t think I would be too upset at it. Monk is a better true PG than IQ which is something that would also help us a bit. This lets us have Monk at the 1, Bi at the 2, Scottie at the 3, CMB at the 4, Domas at the 5. Or we can sub in Gradey or JW in there for CMB to get more shooting. My main issue is this accelerates our timeline in an unfortunate fashion given Domas is already 29. I’d still rather us look into using Ochai and mogbo for a younger and C that we can mold that fits the team better like Dayron Sharpe

  7. I’m sorry but that mock trade you showed is objectively really good, even as a guy who loves all three IQ, RJ and Mogbo and would hate to see them gone…
