NBA London 2026: Memphis Grizzlies beat Orlando Magic, Jr. NBA, Her Time To Play and More
The NBA’s 2026 London Game on Sunday 18 January between the Orlando Magic and the Memphis Grizzlies saw the first regular-season NBA game in the capital since 2019.
Hosted at the O2 Arena, Ja Morant’s Grizzlies routed the Magic 126-109 in front of a sell-out audience but there was much more to the league takeover of the capital.
Basketball England helped the NBA reach the London community as thousands of youngsters were impacted by Jr NBA and Her Time To Play sessions and numerous club visits. There were coaching and officiating clinics delivered by experts in their fields, the NBA School for talented players from across Europe, a Special Olympics session with the NBA Cares team and NBA legend Isiah Thomas visit the Macmillan Hospital.
There was fun and activations for fans at NBA House and a host of other events in the build-up to the big game.
