Getting Cooper changes things with Luka. Without him then the nostalgia for Luka would still be off the charts, and would remain for years. Everyone still loves him, but I think CF partially fills the giant hole that Luka left behind, and gives fans something new to be excited about. He changes everything. Over time, people will put their emotions into CF and will gradually let go of Luka, especially if the Mavs start winning. Nico may never be forgiven, but he will be forgotten.

Such transactions involve trading a coach under contract for compensation, usually in the form of draft picks (first or second-rounders) or cash, rather than for players. The coach must consent to the trade,and they cannot be exchanged for active players.
This game was winnable. They had no closer or rim protecter. Coop looked lost with AD. He makes the game easy for everyone. Luka had a very small impact in the second half.

Actually I hate to say that but why should the Lakers fire Pelinka? He won a Championship and made the best Trade in NBA history. That is why you should call him Robbery Pelinka. It is not like I would like this guy, he looks and acts like Rob Lowe in the 90s.

At this point I would trade literally every player on the Mavs roster besides Coop to get another first round pick in this Draft! Even though you can't replace Naji, Mad Max and PJ right away.
