Maxey notoriously has a bad whistle. I don’t know why, he isn’t like a jerk or anything. Super likeable. Plays the game the right way. Constantly attacks the paint and puts himself in danger, doesn’t flop or bait, refs just treat him like he’s a punching bag. It’s insane. He’d be averaging 35 is he got half the calls Brunson and Shai get.
I like that the refs were letting them play, but that doesn’t mean you can ignore rules like goaltending ya dumb zebras 😅.
