We’ve NEVER seen this…

After the OKC Thunder fell to Scottie Barnes, Gradey Dick, and the Toronto Raptors 103-101, the reigning MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (SGA) stormed off the court in frustration. Not only had OKC officially failed in tying Steph Curry and the 2016 Golden State Warriors’ record of 73 wins, the offense once again hit a dry spell in the heart of battle. In this video, Gabriel Ebersole breaks down today’s loss to Toronto, SGA getting 1 field goal attempt in the final frame, OKC chucking 3 pointers for no apparent reason, rebounding struggles, and more.

  1. Not being able to rebound from a missed free throw is inexcusable in criminal! This is an embarrassing team to watch now! At least this version of this team

  2. Their conditioning is horrible! Strokin’ Joe has become chokin’ Joe, and chet just decides to not show up on some nights

  3. Injuries do not excuse what I saw on the rebounding and shooting over this season. Suspect lineups and just poor decisions.

  4. we need to get our injured players back cuz we not winning anything missing all these guys out. Maybe need to start trading some of these guys if they just gonna keep getting hurt every other day cuz it sucks watching us struggle to win games with this bunch

  5. im sure this wasnt intended, credt to toronto, their scheme tonight was to force the ball out of shais hands and to cayse these 3s, we're hugely depleted, rim pressure was supposed to be difficult to come by tonight

  6. I rlly like mark as a developmental coach but we're past that point imo we need an actual coach, an eric spoestra or a Kenny akinstin who can maximize our actual roster. Cz we have no bussiness losing too some of these teams idc if we're injured. There are definitly guys we can get like naji marshall/malik beasly/nic claxton that all answer our weaknesses this season temporarily so I hate how we're acting like these issues aren't solvable. WE HAVE THE MOST picks lets not be greedy. We're rlly taking sga for granted lol.

  7. This is largely on Presti. They needed forwards goinf back to 2024. But, he opted to get another center and a sg when the team was already loaded at the guard spots. The team could use some real, tough 2-way forwards. 1 might ne enough. But it makes no sense to keeo running these lineuos out there. Then, their newer signees missing so many games is getting ridiculous.

  8. Honestly I get what SGA was saying it was a tough night. We lost 103–101 to Toronto in a tight game. The box score tells the story: SGA had 24 pts, 6 ast, Dort 19 & 8, and Holmgren fought for a double-double, but we just couldn’t close it out.

A lot of guys were injured or missing, our ball-handling was sloppy at times, and we couldn’t hit enough shots late. That’s not just an excuse that’s real basketball context.

  9. LMAO we gotta relax. How can you expect this rotation tonight to win against a good team? We need to see the team fully healthy, which prob won’t happen until after the all star game 😢

  10. Yall tripping.. calm down its a 82 game season.. the only thing we need is a 3/4 who can shoot..maybe a bobby portis type. And smbdy need to get on Chet ass to do better cause we gave him a max contract. But yall talkn about fire coach this and that hell no

  11. Like I said in the beginning of the season: Thunder won't be the #1 ranked team: They will win the championship.

  12. Frankly, flop merchant. NBA gotta crack down. It's embarrassing. The worst part is it does a disservice to the team. Because they have good players. Worst thing the nba ever did wasn't cracking down on this last year. Mid season. And not cracking down on this earlier. I get the nba wants to see bit less throw up 3 pointers. But not this way.
