cam allowed them to get bruce brown, jonas and cam himself, finally getting jokic some help which is now being seen. so nuggets didn’t LOSE the trade lmao, mpj doesn’t fit their style.
We traded him because he is good and had some value. Kinda like what PWat is doing right now. The only difference between MPJ and PWat is PWat is everything we wanted MPJ to be but he turned out to be more of a liability than an asset. He doesn’t fit our system. In addition, it was NEVER about Cam vs MPJ. It was about MPJ vs depth. MPJ vs a bench.
After our championship run, we haven’t had a solid bench. Now if you pay attention to Nuggets, damn near every player on that team can play really well. We are currently starting our bench players because half of our stars are out and the best player in the world is out but hopefully back around the first week of February. This team knows what they’re doing. And I’m happy to be apart of it.
