This is why we won’t win a championship! Trading Andre Drummond lets you know that the Sixers are not serious about winning a championship. Championship caliber teams are not worried about paying the luxury taxes. You make it work. I think the owners purposely does this because they are from New York and they are Knicks fans. I dislike this organization a whole lot.

I agree that Drummond is way better than Bona , Drum sometimes has dumb plays but the positives heavily out weigh the negatives, if morey trades him just to duck the luxury tax we are def not serious about winning

we traded Emoni Bates for Bassey a couple months ago in the G league and immediately traded Bassey to the SCW a day or 2 later for some reason

I found out that Grimes can veto any trade offer this season aswell, so my idea of trading him might be a wash.
What I don't understand is why trade Drummond when you have deadweight vets: Lowery & Gordon taking up space? They could be easily dropped and replaced with younger productive players.
