I think Norman likes being in Miami. I would keep him because he’s been the most consistent player and he’s a bucket. Even at $30 mil he would accept it. I would trade Herro for a good power forward or center

This team should wave the white flag. The current roster is not good enough to contend and shouldn’t even try to step foot in the playoffs.
