    I’d hate to see Bridges and deuce go… but you have to give to get…

    To get Giannis (Kat going out also), you have to do this!

    My concern is our 3 PT offense and point of attack defense takes a hit..

    Can we also find a way to add another lesser piece on the bench to fill those needs would be awesome

    With a bench of Kolek, Clarkson, Shamet, yabu and Mitch?

    Does Giannis make up for the loss of 2 key players, while still having the hole on defense that is KAT??

    Kat has to go in any deal for Giannis

    No on Duece, no on OG. If Giannis were worth that much (Plus Kat) Milwaukee would be in the playoff mix. He's an accident waiting to happen. Love him but we CAN NOT keep trying to get better through lopsided trades. Kat and Bridges is risky but worth it and F those picks if we gotta throw some in there.

    Giannis has to be willing to sign with the team he's traded to otherwise why would they give away assets for a one year rental? This puts him and possibly the knicks in a good spot if they both want it to happen. Most likely its done over the summer.

    As currently constructed, the Knicks are not winning a championship with KAT. The Timberwolves understood KAT's abilities a lot better than the Knicks did and felt it was best to trade him. KAT is an all star that is being paid like a superstar. The Knicks need another true superstar to build around while Brunson is still in his prime. When Brunson is having a bad game, they need another superstar that can carry the team. The Knicks also need to also improve their defense and inside scoring. If the front office can not see some of the major weaknesses like poor defense, too much low percentage shots outside the paint, inconsistent, overpaid role players, only one true superstar, then it's going to be difficult for the Knicks to win a championship in the Leon Rose era. For all the good Leon Rose has done to make the Knicks a playoff team, he has also made some mistakes that will make it difficult for the knicks to win a championship as currently constructed. Trading for Giannis while Keeping Brunson would help eliminate a lot of past mistake moving forward.
