  1. Deni looks like he isn’t 100% healthy, so maybe we should lower the expectations at the moment.

  2. Doesn't Portland make a move no matter what they do with our 2 2way players nearing end or eligibility. If we don't make any trades they can move on, if we want to keep 1 or both we need to clear space. It seems that Portland is in a rare position where "NO" move is actually a move.

  3. They're human. Traveling across the country for a back to back in the dead of winter is brutal.

  4. Trade Deni Avdija for Giannis… I would like to see a Trail Blazers team next year with Dame and Giannis that will be HUGE for Portland…Avdija is a Turnover Machine he is not at Big Freak Level…Portland needs another Superstar Alongside Dame..

  5. Wizards began 2nd quarter… looking like the Wizards. They struggled with clunky offense. Portland started cooking Washington. DC called timeout, drank gatorade, rallied the troops, and played pro level basketball for the remainder of the game. Portland's defense became target practice.

  6. Hearing you try to down play Alex Sarr’s performance and saying he had a bad game is the funniest sh*t I’ve ever heard. 6 blocks and shut down clingan so bad scoring that they had to take him down out the game in the clutch 😭 it ain’t easy being the nba leader in blocks as a 20 year old, while averaging 18 PPG on 50% FG. Not to mention that he’s an above average ball handler and passer for a 7 footer. Clingan is a one trick pony.

  7. I don't think they need to trade for the sake of trading. I do think they should see what the market holds and if there is a deal that is too good to passup, they should make the deal. I think the biggest reason to make a deal before the deadline would be to make room for Love and Cissoko.

  8. It seems like the book is out on the Blazers. Pack the paint and don't worry about the 3pt shooting. Without Deni being able to disrupt that by barrelling into the paint, the defenses are not having to make multiple rotations.

  9. About Deni i think it's more mental because it's the Wizard, his ex team. Last time in DC, first return game, he got injured, and in the Moda center it was one of his weakest games douring the second half season. Probably he will be himseld against the Knicks.

  10. The Blazers lack of players allowed them to really come together. Adding back Jrue and Grant should be a good thing, but they now have to adjust to what they bring to the table, so the rhythm is off. I'm more concerned with the horrible inside the paint passing. The passes just aren't there, but they keep trying to force it. They also are playing Rupert more now to showcase him(?) or something. He is not that good.

  11. Since the Blazers are in a holding pattern between the Paul Allen Estate and the new majority Owner, they stand just stand pat.

  12. I love DC but the defense is not there this year he is staying too low and u can see this is take the pressure from Portland defense out
Believe in him take a step forward maybe in the summer

  13. Terrible game. It leaves a very bad taste in the mouth. Reminds me if the Pelicans loss in a way. Deni didn’t look like himself in this game. Very passive. Sharpe scored well but his decision making is horrendous.

  14. I don't care who's the best player this evening, the last half court play should be someone with some bball IQ, like Deni or Jrue. It can't be zero court vision players like Sharpe or Scoot when he gets back, no matter how well they play.
