  1. There's a lot to like, but I always like active centers who can hit free throws. Amari's likely to have the chance to shoot 'em, so he's got to be able to hit them.

  2. The crazy thing is β€” we haven’t even really seen him exercise his passing skills yet, which are going to be a huge benefit, especially with the actions the Celtics run through their bigs.

  3. This is the most minutes I seen Celtics rookies had. Now is the time to prove you belong and can keep up with the work load. JORDAN WALSH should be more hungry than what he is right now.

  4. Seeing Amari reminded me of 2019 Rob Will so much. He's a lot less athletic on the defensive end but still a presence you need inside the paint, while also making the great passes and getting to good positionng.

  5. I like what I saw from him last night and hope Joe plays him more. He needs to work on his finishing at the rim though. Brad does it again.

  6. His height, length and athleticism are all ideal. He's still raw AF but the Celtics know how to develop talent. He's a very good pickup for the Celtics with tremendous upside.

  7. If he works on his hands and gets a little mean streak in him to go up strong/jam he'll work wonders in this offense when we need pick and roll/iso bailouts

  8. He seems like a high IQ kind of guy, just the way he back tapped that inbounds steal and how he’s handing off passes then flipping back for a screen. He’s quite decisive and seems like he’s following with the game plan with a high level of concentration.

He definitely improved his defensive rotations and positioning since the last game. I think his passing can be elite and he’s got the size and length to be a shot blocker. Brad has done it again
