  1. We’ve been wondering who said that to Tim. At least now we know it was Nico and not Kidd or someone else in the organization.

  2. Giannis is 31 not 41……I don't understand why Rockets or anyone wouldn't trade for Giannis

  3. Spurs and Rockets are not trading for Giannis, unless the Bucks take KD or Fox and they probably want younger players and draft picks.

  4. Kmt. If possible im trading Amen Thompson or D Fox for Giannis in a heartbeat. Thats not even a conversation. Kmt.

  5. Rockets were soft in the 2nd half. Starters were tired and Udoka experimented with smallball for too long. But biggest reason for loss was lack of adjustments in 4th. And Ime did not call timeout until after their double digit lead was inverted. More than X's and O's, Rockets were short of playable players. Rockets FO has to churn that bench if serious about postseason contention.

Rockets do not have the luxury of patience for prices to go down, wasting a season of KD while he is still near his prime is criminal. Trade Jabari, DFS, Capela, salary filler (Tate, Holiday, Green) and some of their war chest of draft picks for win now player(s) – high volume scorer to address half court offense issues AND Steven Adams replacement essential to playing Double Big lineups to continue their rebounding advantage/2nd chance points.

Some bully ball targets: Kel'el Ware, Paul Reed, Andre Drummond, Isaiah Jackson, Jay Huff
Another high volume scorer: Quentin Grimes, Ben Mathurin, Malik Beasley

  6. Neither team is going to show their hands and lose any kind of advantage they have with other teams. The Spurs need a shooter and someone who can rebound the freaking ball and bang with the bigger centers.

  7. Giannis is over valued, as most if not all NBA players are. He is a defender and rebounder primarily. Sure he could score 50, but then he couldn’t spend the rest of his energy on defense. Gianni’s needs to go to team with shooters and 2 solid rookie centers. Only way he could win with that big paycheck he gets.
