Grizzlies fan guys I think is the front front office first of all when you come you change the rules fine and then you build a strong bench and then you build a strong start in 5 and then all of a sudden you start changing the way you bench find the coach that's fine with me because I don't have no reason for the coach he's not coaching defense defense win games no you're messing up your starting five so why you guys doing your building or you are you there for the money

I'm kind of in the opinion of Taylor Jenkins got fired a year too soon. I realize that he didn't have those consistent deep postseason runs, but he could make a scrappy injury riddled team function that's for sure. Of course they players make it work too, but Jenkins could ride the ship with sound lineups untill certain dudes came back. Then actually playing the strongest guys for long minutes in appropriate key moments in the game. But how guys years after year get injured so easily is beyond me at this point. I mean…. These random injuries happen off the court… Confusion.

How do you play players who are not producing on the floor but these same players are getting 20/25 minutes a game. That's why you pay stars and roll players get less

This front office I have no idea what they are doing. On anything. You never hear from them nor do you understand the decisions. As a fan what is the plan. You let DB walk, trade Bane and Jake. What are they doing. Even if you rip the bandage off do you actually trust this front office to build correctly without having a top3 pick.
Maybe trading away the leader, soul and actual terrific player D Brooks wasnt such a good idea after all 😂

Injuries but as far as coaching how do we know the front office is telling him to substitute and hold players out of games so we can get in on that lottery. I could be wrong but I don’t believe that Ja and Edey are that hurt. If they play we win games
Why would a bad team trade their two best players?
There really shouldn't be any discussion of keeping Ja long-term because it's not going to happen. It's over. And, expecting Jaren to gamble his prime on a healthy Zach Edey & this front office ever truly constructing a contending roster? Not gonna hapoen. Zach Edey is not even 2 seasons into his NBA career, & he's already had very significant lower extremity issues. And, continuing to use him in a fast-paced system is just a recipe for disaster. The best coaches tailor a system to the talent they have. Of course, there are very few of those coaches. Best thing is for Ja & Jaren to be moved. Ja is definitely getting moved, & Jaren shouldn't be asked to gamble his career on a franchise whose front office has shown itself to be pretty unserious and really only drafts depth pieces.
My top 3..
1. COACHING- In game adjustments, late game strategy
2. COACHING- Questionsble rotations, scared to deviate from plan and scheme
3. PLAYER CHEMISTRY- At times they play like a G league team finding its way. Way too many missed opportunities to get the ball to open guys. All it takes is ONE MORE PASS
I agree with Damichael with every point on the problem rankings.. that’s why it makes no sense why they are still trying to trade Ja.. it would make wayyy more sense to trade valuable role player to get a great shot creator sit everybody make sure they stay healthy throughout the summer and start fresh Next year with championship aspirations

This is nothing new, how many times do the fans have to complain about this terrible coach, it’s not just the coach it’s also the medical staff and the front office! And these types of injuries should be solved by a good medical staff, such as Zach Edey coming back from his injury, just to go out three games later with the same issue! Questions, the medical staff
And both of you continue to push the Ja Morant trade, or Ja Morant‘s only in this position because of a poor medical staff, and for speaking up against the coach for his bad coaching and rotations, and Ja Morant was right, but he’s the one being demonized! You trade him I’m done with the grizzlies, keep the coach and trading him is a huge mistake. Why is the coach not being traded?
Injuries and coaching. I just can’t overlook how many late double digit leads that has been lost.

I would like you two experts to answer this question…how is it that a team like the Nuggets who when the joker was hurt for a long time, MANAGED TO PULL THE TEAM TOGETHER and WIN A MAJORITY OF THEIR GAMES‼️ how is it that Memphis can play the SAME LINEUP game after game and LOSE IN THE 4th UARTER…WHEN THEY HAVE PLAYERS ON THE BENCH WHO ARE MORE CAPABLE THAN THOSE ON THE COURT? I can think of a couple of players who do not belong …who should be competing in the minor league. Grizzlies fan for 20 years plus.
Exactly, Damichael! I can't imagine how much heat you get from our fan base, but I 100% agree with you about team cohesion being the paramount factor when it comes to this, or any, roster.
Injuries, FO, Coaching is my order.
But they all affect each other. The injuries limit player movement by the front office. Overpaying players affect the quality of the roster. Not having the right mix of players affects chemistry and who plays. Playing 11-15th man equal minutes affect winning.
Please leave Memphis Grizzlies out of this mess free MEMPHIS
