It seems the way Barnes and Aker place is really insane and it’s it could lead something but the other teams shouldn’t be worried about the Raptors to be honest the only way I’d be more worried about the Raptors, if as if we have two centres that can complete incredible defect that changes the story until then I don’t think anybody should feel the fear of Toronto like I’ll give you example if we play the Knicks in the playoffs they will sweep us most likely cause they have such great shooters defensively they’re really good as of John Brunson isn’t out. We’re just not there yet and I don’t care how good we are in the regular season. People could talk shit to me, but I don’t give a shit like I’m speaking facts. Regular season and playoffs are complete opposites I want to see them do well in the playoffs. I want to see them succeed, but we’re not going to win.
You don't mention Scotty Barnes. He's the beating heart and the best player of the team by far. He's one of three best defenders in the league. He's an athletic beast, that can easily guard 1-5. He leads the league in blocks and steals, In clutch time he has the best defensive statistics in the league, his tenacity and heart is second to none, and most importantly, he plays with no ego. His versatility is unique in the league, he can play both as a centre or a playmaker at elite level. He'll do all the dirty work, the little things that doesn't shows up in statistics, but accumulates to a wins.
A lot of people don’t agree but I would love the fit of Sabonis on this team. Offensively the fit is really appealing having all these high IQ passers like Scottie and Sabonis. And guys like Scottie and CMB are the perfect fit to cover Sabonis defensively while Sabonis gives them some much needed support on the boards.
