"About as successful as you could have expected them to be", no way. When Jokic crumbled in Miami, and we found out it wasn't "so" bad, anyone who said "we expect them to go 10–6 while he's gone" was told "you're drunk".

The Nuggets were 10-7 without Jokic. And yes, you include the game against Miami where Jokic suffered his injury at the end of the first half, and where they were tied at halftime and then got blown out by 20 in the second half. They are also scoring 20 or so fewer points per game on average. Not to mention very close wins and losses to teams well below .500. They go nowhere in the postseason without Jokic and their main core.
Trade Zeke and Cam for draft picks and free up cap room to sign Peyton long term.

This time without Joker has given the bench so much confidence. The top players can rest this year when we seemed to have run out of gas the last two years in playoffs. Nugs all the way!
Watson is headed for 100 million dollar contract. I don't know if I've ever seen a player improve their offensive game so much between seasons.
This was obviously going to happen once they got a few wins. At least to nuggets fans that know or have faith in their team. I can't wait til we all get healthy
