   The reason why we play so bad take a look at the bench no one can be a starter on any other team in the NBA. Much less want in a trade to come in and be an impact on a new team. We hold on to players too long and never develop them to see if they can have future value. Instead we keep them give new contract hoping they can be put in a trade but realistically no one wants our bench players. Cause they’re not worth salary versus impact on a team. For example Bol Bol despite his flaws his height and game skills you don’t find everyday in league off the bench he could be a shot blocker and look at McClung I believe he would give us more than Tyus could off the bench . Also Bol would give us more offense than Issac. Chet holmgren is rail thin like Bol Bol if he can defend the paint. Why not Bol. Both players would have been cheap to keep. That’s you see OKC winning best they keep players that have specific skill set that is hard to replicate. No one in the east has player to match bols height clear advantage in rebound and he is not a slow big very athletic. Go and watch bols defense highlights and see if ay Magic players come close to his presence when he play defense in the middle. See Magic afraid of developing players because if they become successful they don’t want to pay. The reason they pay Poalo and Franz not because they wanted too it sells tickets and keep fans happy with hope and not realizing they racking in cash but not truly trying to win. Find another true contender that would trade for Poalo or Franz straight up for their star player except Milwaukee. Old as Lebron is Magic couldn’t pull a trade for him with both out to show you the magic is fooling us wit these contracts and horrible signings. Look at Miami look despite not having a true star they are in talks about Giannis besides Bam who would they give up I worth Giannis or Morant. I know whatever they offer Magic can Match. They can go over the cap for a Morant or Giannis that what winning organization does. Lakers never afraid to spend if it gives them a true chance at championship even if it’s for two year run but not magic they sell wolf tickets hoping we howl at the moon
