Mike Brown on Knicks’ strong second-half in win over Lakers
Knicks head coach Mike Brown felt his team had more to give after an uneven first-half against the Lakers and they turned things around on both ends of the floor in the second-half to win their sixth straight game 112-100. Brown saw his group “locked in” winning battles for loose balls and outscoring LA 60-44 in what he termed a “fantastic half offensively.”

This win was absolutely phenomenal tonight. I think the Brunson team meeting we needed was absolutely helpful for us and this is a great great stretch that we’re winning games again, but the schedule is going to be rough for the next several games and they’re gonna need every single one of those games to win.
