Thanks for making this. People don't understand how hard it is to find two-way forwards at DH's size. He's not a scrub, he is just having an off here. He may be a part of Sacramento's core going forward. Your not finding anyone better in the second round of the draft. Also, if they find a two-way forward in free agency, they will have to overpay since they are in a small market. I am a hawks fan and I give them an A!
As a kings fan I really like it the glut of guards was apparent with this roster and they needed to clean house and clear the deck nique and Devin now see more time plus Keegan’s burden now decreases
They took a guy who good teams wanted, and they made him a PIECE in a trade for an overpaid player who good teams DIDN'T want. Not only that, but they're acquiring a guy who's pretty flaky and picky and kinda wants to play like a star? And he's now surrounded by a whole mess of playmakers and a bad culture and gonna be asked to be a defensive leader? Like ….. is it POSSIBLE that he grows into that role and flourishes? Sure? But he's not Dillon Brooks. I think it's much more likely that he chucks himself into being a negative asset.
DeAndre Hunter has proven over his career that he's just not that guy. He's not some young unknown, we can say with certainty he does not scrap for boards, knock down 3s, or hound ball handlers. He's a great 3&D wing on paper but there's a reason Atlanta and Cleveland wanted off him. He's just another Harrison Barnes and the Kings are yet again trying to tread water, forever cursed to drift about aimlessly.
This was a nothing a move for Sacramento. They'll be rebuilding. And if they think they're going to rehab Hunter and get an asset, they might be in for a surprise. They might get a second at the next trade deadline, which what they could've gotten for Keon. Instead, the Kings gave up a second…
I feel like Keon Ellis is a little overrated, as far as his Kings tenure.. I understand he was a plus defender, but it didn't translate to stats.. I hope he's solid for Cleveland, but I don't see how Sacramento could have gotten much more for him 🤷♂️
not understanding why the kings would trade keon to the cavs if they had other offers that might include a first round pick means you clearly do not understand the kings franchise as a whole. the reason the kings would do this despite having possibly better offers on the table is because the kings are an incompetent poverty franchise owned by an owner with zero ball knowledge who can’t stop meddling. vivek must like deandre hunter and that’s really all it takes for the kings to throw assets away
Yall dudes are very weird yall act like this is the first trade that has not worked out yall acting like DH was this terrible player some dudes just don’t fit a system…Thdn talk was mad hype when DH was dropping 30 for yall I bet yall DS and Keon combined will not drop 30 for yall…and at times will struggle on defense Keon and DS plays hard at times them u have those times they will have 2 or 4 points that yall will love….But I hate when dudes do that they go ham when they fill they got a diamond then they trash the player both teams got what they need u don’t know how it will work 3 months from now…
Say what you will but Cleveland won the trade because they added ball-handling in Schroder and a defensive guard in Keon Ellis and only gave up DeAndre Hunter, who is a decent wing player. The Cavs just gained more from this.

Cavs have 27 guards now

Just for being late: you owe 50 burpees!
Hunter is a PJ Tucker with an albatross contract. He's an ideal player for the kings collecting albatross players. Cavs have scammed kings
Very important to mention Tyson and Tomlin factoring into the Cavs decision to move on from Hunter.
Cavs are getting Giannis or Trey Murphy at the deadline. Book iy
I always hear about "getting under the 2nd apron helps" but never the specifics. Do you have a vid or a recommendation for a vid that goes into that?

You spent too much time on speculative trades that when the true shiiit comes out you’re off in Narnia
Yeah, this is a terrible trade for the Kings.
Since DH has played so poorly, this is a Really good trade for Cavs. Getting under 2d apron is a big deal.
I cant see this as a positive for the Kings at all knowing a lot of teams wanted Ellis and this is all they got for him
Cavs have 27 guards now
Bro you fulfilled your name: logical. You saw through the stupid kings always bad narrative.

As a Kings fan, I’m highly skeptical of what you say but I thank you from the bottom of my heart for this video ❤

Keon was a fan favorite in Sac
Was waiting for this to drop 🍽️🍽️🍽️
Kings are goofy for this one honestly
Brother what’s going on with the hair
Either there gonna trade for Giannis or trade Garland and Struss in the off season.
Horrible trade for the Kings
