They are also being linked to Daniel Gafford and Day’ron Sharpe. I will be discussing my thoughts on this rumors and discuss if it makes sense for the Raptors to acquire James Harden.

James Harden would have been a good basketball fit, but he’s not the type of guy you want in the locker room.
No thanks, we don’t need him. He’s not a team player in my mind and he’s on his last legs.
Not buying this rumor for many reason. The clippers being named is the biggest red flag in all of this. They are the 2nd worst team in the west so why would they trade for Harden who is a win now move when they’re not making the playoffs. Also who are they trading for him if they say Trey Murphy is not on the Market ? Also if they’re trading Zion for him this makes even less. This is the time of year when scrub reporters try to compete with Shams and the big boys to seem relevant. It’s easy to use teams like the Raptors, Pelicans, and the Jazz then claim “it didn’t happen because the player didn’t want to go” fans would obviously eat it up. why ? One team is in Canada with history of players not wanting to go there, the other team has a bad reputation, and then it’s Utah man. This is why you see teams like these used in nonsense like this. we need more players like Giannis calling out nonsense reporters on social media. Many players ignore them but Giannis have called them out a number of times when it comes to his name.
So as a raptors fan, I'm actually a big fan of the beard , BUT THANKFULLY HE TURN DOWN TORONTO, I DONT THINK HE WOUPD HELP GUYS LIKE SCOTTIE OR BRANDON I THINK HE WOULD DO THE OPPOSITE. I put a trade thru the trade machine and the Raptors get 2 centers and get under the cap by 200K. Raptors send Grady to New Orleans for Missi, then the Raptors send Ochai and Temple to LA for Ayton and Theiro, Both the Raptors and Pelicans stay under the cap, New Orleans wants a 1st for Missi and Grady is the equivalent to that. Ayton is not playing on many nights in LA and he is clearly picking up his option in LA. We are sending two expiring contracts for more off season cap space for the Lakers and Therio is lighting up the G league and LA is a win now group they often abandon young players
We dont have decent enough stripclub for Harden.
Definitely want Day'ron on the team. He needs to lose 20lbs to stretch his career. Nevertheless, bring him in. But if we don't get him then use our FRP to choose Morez Johnson Jr.

Remember when you argued with me, leaving your many reasonings on why CMB wasn't the right pick for the Raps but I kept saying he was? ..no! ..didn't think you'd be accountable. The real "experts" are the ones who don't follow suit – that should be your lesson from our exchange(s). You said everything the common narrative was saying – you trusted everyones evaluations so much so, you made them yours. NO ONE had CMB going 9th but me.
