   Rom 12:2 ESV Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

   The spiritual causes for mental health issues are devil attacks on the mind. Devils that reside in human beings or that attack human beings from outside a human being, torment victims with negative thoughts, bad dreams, and a variety of physical and mental ailments. These devil attacks are referred to as fiery darts in this Bible verse.

   Eph 6:16 KJV Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

   The only way to overcome these attacks are from:
   
   1. asking Yehoshua to forgive one of his or her sins and become Lord over his or her life thereby becoming a saint
   
   2. execute the righteousness, Yehoshua, Father, and Ruach HaKodesh, require of the saint to defeat these devil attacks. Righteousness are the specific instructions Yehoshua, Father, and Ruach HaKodesh gives to a saint to do. In this instance the righteousness is for overcoming the devil attacks against the saint. Deliverance is the process Yehoshua, Father, and Ruach HaKodesh give for removing a devil or devils from the body and or soul of a saint.

   As Rom 12:2 states above, part of the process for a saint overcoming devil attacks on the mind and removing a devil from a saint's body and or soul is through renewing the mind. Renewing the mind is done through reprogramming a saint’s mind through copious intake of Bible scriptures through:
   
   1. memorization of scriptures
   
   2. listening to scriptures taught by competent teachers
   
   3. listening to scriptures preached by competent preachers
   
   4. reading scriptures preferably out loud so that the scriptures are both seen and heard by the saint – this way the scriptures are stated by both the thought and the physical mouth of the saint
   
   5. studying scriptures to learn from Ruach HaKodesh what they mean to the saint and how to apply them in the saint's life

   Rev 9:21 Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.

   Physical drugs tend to make mental health issues worse. Sorcery in the Bible is the Greek word pharmakeia (Strong's Concordance reference number G5331) which is where we get the English word pharmacy from. So drugs are a pathway to inviting more devils into a human being to torment the human being. Drugs are used in witchcraft, which is the use of any other power than that of Yehoshua, Father, and Ruach HaKodesh to achieve a desired result.

   There are more righteousness a saint can do to overcome these devil attacks. Some teachers and references to guide a saint in this fight are: Kevil LA Ewing, Daniel Adams of Supernatural Life, and Apostle Kathryn Krick.
