I’m all for having Lonzo with LaMelo, but let’s not get carried away and play him a ton. His shooting is horrific this year.
The problem with getting Lonzo is that him and his brothers aren’t as close as the media portrays as Lonzo will have a very hard time coming to Charlotte and listening to his little brother
I’m probably odd man out but I don’t want Lonzo. I would be worried about chemistry and how LaMelo gonna feel when the Hornets move away from him next year.

Why would Cavs trade Lonzo for Pat? They legit have the same contract … that completely defeats the purpose 😂 we would take Lonzo ball and send out nothing .. we would have to waive Mason Plumlee or Pat but you def don’t cut Pat for Lonzo you cut Mason

I think MPJ could be a very sneaky addition for this team. He’s a reliable scorer who can come off the bench to give us a burst when Collin has an off night.
Trading anyone from the starting lineup or recent rookie class(kon, james, mcneely, hall, simpson) = a mistake!
Keep Green and Williams (size/muscle, defense, 3pt. Shooting).

I don't want Giannis. We would have to give up too much. I prefer we solidify our bench by getting a guy that can run the offense when Melo is off the floor.

Unless it's Giannis, any trades not gonna help much against this gauntlet coming up. Will be a time to pick up the pieces, reflect and take the play in more seriously.

This is my absolute from the gut assessment concerning the trade deadline. Don't change a damn thing.
I saw since the last quarter of last season a turning point after Nick Richards left miles Bridges is truly the glue that holds this team together he is the veteran amongst amazing young Stars, Grant Williams is doing phenomenally. A couple games ago Collin Sexton put up 20 points off the bench, stats don't mean a damn thing it's about momentum and it's about every single member of this team stepping up and doing their part to do something completely unexpected and amazing and unprecedented.
Giannis isn't coming to Charlotte. He wants to go to a contender who is ready to compete for a championship right now.
