Not a single mention of trading Bam as a reset option, regardless of whether they would, is pretty disgraceful. He’s approaching 30, about to be on $50mill per year, his inconsistency this year has been a major factor in the teams struggles AND he is the one guy who can fetch multiple assets.
If you are going to have a conversation about what to do if they fail yet again at least cover ALL OF THE OPTIONS.

Ethan states, owner is not cheap, that the Heat is top 10 in salaries. I have to ask, if we’re 15 (yes mediocre) when compare to all teams in the league, what 5 teams are paying less than us. The product on the court is not worth bottom 5 in salary, is really awful, matter of fact it’s been like that for years now.
Can’t have it both ways, the super geniuses on the front office better start lowering those salaries, including theirs.
I vote for do nothing. This group, if truly accomplished, at that point may realize is time to change. This is the first year in almost 18 I don’t watch more than 5 mins of this in weeks. Terrible way of building a roster.

It is 100% Spo''s fault that Giannis is not coming, he ruined any chance the Bucks would see Ware as a future superstar. Ware is flat-out a superior offensive player (scorer, rebounder and shooter) to Bam and it is not even close. But Spo has messed with Ware's mind and minutes so much the young player never knows what is going on; his place on this team. 3:01 this afternoon Wares will be locked in Spo's doghouse and might play even less
Heat are paying Bam 8 times more money than Ware gets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Spo putting Ware down was the coach's plan to get Bam on the all-star team. Like so much Spo plans, it didn't work, did it. Starting Myron (my namesake) and Simone and playing them way more minutes than Ware was insane.
