  1. Happy for Kuminga. Great system for him. As for golden state, they got porzingas, podz, draymond, post, pat….. And Steph + Melt… In other words, LOL… Where is Bob Myers?!??!!! Smh

  2. Porzingis ain’t playing for the Warriors, they are going to use his expiring contract for another trade, or at the least, more cap flexibility in the summer to make moves.

  3. This may be the greatest dumb ass trade in history. Porzingas is always hurt and basically 7’3” small forward who will never play more than 55-60 games. I was rooting for the Warriors but “Sometimes the best trade the is the trade that is not MADE!”. I mean this guy is the worst lottery pick in history. The Warriors are just tanking for this season and it is a shame because Stephen Curry deserves a chance to play on a team that can win a championship. So can Kerr now win a championship? HA!

  4. Alot of fans in this comment section are imagining JK trade interest to an extent that doesn't exist. They weren't going to attach a pick to get off JK and I don't see anybody serious asking for 2 years/40 mil of undersized/ non-PG guard that is Malik Monk.

  5. Since we aint did nun really, lets bring Klay back. Its more of a fan move but ay you gotta do something else because the majority of us are disappointed.

  6. This is actually better than Giannis. Great pickup by management. Warriors are now locked into a playoff spot and should Alteast make it to the Conference Championship! Let’s go! 🔥🔥🔥

  7. I don’t know why the Warriors need to bring in all stars to save them. Why can’t they draft and develop players into good starters for the team!?!?

  8. We need a strong forest who can break the paint like Jimmy did & we got a hurt 3 point center who plays 30 feet away from rim

  9. This is the worst trade ever. Better change the name of Golden state warriors for Warriors hospice. Incredible!

  10. Hawks fan here. Warriors traded two players that don't play to the Hawks for one player that doesn't play. This is a big "nothing burger" of a trade.

  11. Everyone go to bed, take 24-hours, let your childhood trauma and emotionally instability subside.

We have a starting center, he'll play. We flipped two bench players

  12. Would not be surprised if Hawks flip JK, maybe even to Kings for Sabonis if they can make salaries match.

  13. This was purely to save money, KP el never play for the warriors and he'll be gone in the off season to save money. All that drama with Kuminga just to save money in the end

  14. Is Mine even an analyst? Kyrie? Two small guards in the back court? Come on my dude. KP a solid pickup, they could have found someone better for analysis.

  15. 2 time line gave us Wiseman and multiple 2nds for GP2… Poole for 40 year old CP3… Kuminga and Buddy for a literal corpse…

  16. Buddy has a $3 million buyout next summer so the Hawks aren’t on the hook for anything. They can buyout Buddy and decline JK and walk away from both if they want. It’s basically a free audition for JK to see if they want to keep him. As far as the Warriors are concerned, UGH! I don’t see an upside other than tanking for a better pick.

  17. Hawks fan here. What is the general consensus on JK from Golden State fans? Can y’all describe what type of player the Hawks are getting? I’m sorry for y’all getting KP. 😢

  18. Ws are unathletic. Period. Very good SAT scores, but no shooting, no athletes or very few. KP is very very injury prone.

  19. Seems like the Warriors are committing to a collapse for this year while also preserving their future. It would have been nice to have gotten better using JK as a trade chip, but as everyone has said, we destroyed JK’s value to the point where he was merely worth a salary dump extra.

I don’t think Porzingis will play any meaningful minutes for the rest of his career given his diagnosis and injury history. Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome is a doctoral thing to fix, not an athletic trainer thing. He literally has to lay down to feel normal and his heart rate skyrockets when he stands… he will be given medication to restrict how hard his heart can work — meaning his athletic abilities are restricted.

The silver lining may be the draft position should only improve through the rest of the season and Curry may be able to stop playing and rest.

Last time the warriors tanked, we came back and won a championship not too long after.

I think keeping JK and trying to get his stock up for someone with a future was the right move. Bummer. But hey, maybe we’ll be wrong about POTS Porzingis.
