National sites are saying L Miller and Dieng are their best pickups with Ivey next. Dieng is a super high upside, and Ivey. Many sites like L Miller. Look at AK draft history and he does not take centers. Best evaluation I heard was….this is not a TEAM….just a bunch of guys. A new front office is needed.
gotta sink to the bottom and clean house and have some horrible years for 4 or 5 seasons, and rebuild for the future. It will do good to do what the Bears and Hawks did. Start over and get the high picks for a few years.
I would have traded Giddey rather than Ayo.

I think they did what bulls fans wanted the most . To tear it down get young and start over . Now bulls fans are complaining that they tore it down lol. Also if you look around the league the competitive teams actually don’t own many 1st round picks that can be traded. Also we’re not done AK is focusing on then 2026 offseason. All these young guys can get more time to increase value and be flipped again. Great trades imo.

The front office must have been told that they are out at the end of the year, dump the roster and clean the books on their way out. Nothing else makes sense. Atrocious return for Ayo. Two guys bad enough to consider a return to college basketball and some 2nds. Giving Ayo a contract extension would have been fine. He is 26. Even if the next two years are awful, it wouldn't put him past his prime. Teams have to get to 90% of the cap.

I love the idea of bringing in underutilized and undervalued young lottery picks and giving them an opportunity to play big minutes. It worked with Giddy and Okoro so far.
