Weltman, Moseley, Jones, Howard, JI need to go now, reboot, this team got embarrassed today against the thunder, this team is far away from doing anything meaningful.
Mosley can write this one off because its OKC, but what he can't write off is why in 5 years he can't get the Orlando Magic to play at the level of OKC. When Mosely started his head coaching career with Orlando in 2021, OKC finished that season 24-58 and Orlando 22-60. In Mosley's 2nd year the Magic finishes 34-48 and OKC finishes 40-42. In Mosley's 3rd year the Magic finish 47-35 and OKC 57-25. In Mosley's 4th year the magic finish 41-41 and OKC wins the NBA championship. Shaking my head.
There's no move the Magic can make that's gonna move the needle, the answers are either in the locker room or on another teams bench/front office

Shooter: Bane / Da Silva
Wing: Franz / Paolo
Big: Wendell / Isaac
Center: Kessler / Moritz
We still have Richardson and Penda who are promising.
Make P5 come off the bench he still needs to develop. Putting him in a superstar role this early isn’t helping. He should embrace the Sixth Man role, where he would dominate second units and play freely.
If his ego is too big and fans complain, I know Franz would have no issue coming off the bench, even though he’s WAY more efficient than Paolo. Either way, these two can’t be on the floor together right now. Paolo isn’t a superstar yet he’s a role player at best.
Also, stop misusing Wendell Carter Jr. Move him to the four. He’s one of the best defenders/centers in the league, but he’s being misused. At the four, he can help space the floor, and we can bring in a true center to support him in the frontcourt. Wendell does A LOT for this team every night get him some help. As well continue to use our rookies they have untapped potential especially Big 93 Penda! Go after Walker Kessler this offseason after getting rid of Goga,Jett, and Jones this season.
This isn’t a coaching problem it’s a front office problem.

I dont get why Magic fans keep rosterbating. For years now, the faces have changed. For years now the talent level has already been upgraded. Preseason, every basketball executive thought Magic were talented enough to compete at a championship level… and yet the results are FAR away from expectation. This team underperforms every year, and there is only one place left to change. Until they change COACH MOSE, IT DOESN'T MATTER WHO THE %^&* YOU PUT ON THE COURT! I feel like coach Mose could guide even the Jordan-era Chicago Bulls into a barely playoff/first-round exit group perennially. Until Coach Mose goes, trade talk means nothing, it's useless. And Im ready to cut loose on the magic if they dont do it soon.
