Excellent move by the 76ers. With 2 excellent starting guards and one good all around guard off the bench in Quintin Grimes there were very little minutes for McCain who can't guard anyone. OKC is the only team that can get away with him not playing D because they just outscore you. McCain is shooting 38 % from the field which is last on the team.

If there isn't another move by Morey, then this trade makes zero sense. They could have moved a few other bench players to get under the luxury tax, if that's why they traded Jared.
