I'd say Washington should be an A. They essentially got 2 all-star level players back for nothing and if ad and trae are healthy and play well they can extend them both or trade them for more assets. And if trae and ad aren't healthy they can let them walk in free agency.

Washington is an A+ imo. They should have playoff expectations next year given a clean bill of health.
