Nice game ladies.
I’ve watched quite a few games of some of the top frosh in the nation, but Galvan just might be my pick for FOY. Jazzy and Chavez might get all the smoke, but this kid has been doing a tremendous job of running the point for Vandy. And I don’t see her doing the stupid plays like Jazzy and Chavez. Blanca Q and Jazzy probably have a higher upside, but for this year at least, Galvan is my pick. It remains to be seen if she can handle the pressure of a UCONN backcourt of KK Arnold and Heckel, but we’ll get to see that either later this year or next. Overall, great season by this kid. She’s like a little pit bull on the court.
