I feel like part of the reason they got gta5 was cause we lacked energy when hart was out for a few weeks. That led to our losing streak and it took a lot to get back on track. Having someone like Alvarado on the squad means there are no posessions taken off. He played with 110% the entire game and it leveled up the team.

scrappy defense if they can keep that as their identity it may be another yr they make a deep post season run. cant tell you how many times LBJ has put himself out of any great category by how emotional he is after messing up he never moves on to the next play like we see Alvarado do after a missed 3. if that were LBJ he woulda been hands up walking back trying to convince ref how to make up a fake foul call for next play he will attempt…Alvarado instead realizes all shots arent going in and instead of throwing a LBJ pity party temper tantrum he decides to get that air ball back on the next defensive play…ill be honest Jose Alvarado looks closer to MJs level than LBJ and thats because of mentality and effort on Both ends of the basketball court…great first game for him.
its great that veteran players get a renewal and shining…i think it was a good move to get Alvarado with the Knicks and Vucevic with the Celtics…both amazing players but were at a dead end with their former teams…
