  1. I think that Nuggets should think about trade Jamal and Aaron, and keep Watson as second star around Jokic.
Jamal is so bad defender and at defensive side of ball playing him around Jokic is not so good.
Aaron should be traded because he is always injured and they should find some more reliable player. Picket should not be in starting line-up especially when Murray is there because so many small and bad defenders. It was maybe better to put Zeke as big body in starting line up.

  2. The thing about this game is 3 of your top defenders aren't playing. Thats big for this team because we dont have that many guys who are big enough and strong enough to cover the perimeter. So I'm not upset about this loss. āœŒšŸæ.#Nuggets4Life šŸ’ÆšŸ’ŖšŸæšŸ‘‘H.A.D

  3. It wasn’t just Shay getting doubled on penetration—everyone driving from the perimeter was, which constantly left 3-point shooters open. It was bizarre to watch and easily Adelman’s worst-coached game.

What makes it worse is that we already tried this after Aaron Gordon got hurt the first time, and we learned it doesn’t work. We adjusted to staying home on shooters, defending penetrators 1-on-1, and living with the results. If the driver beats his man, so be it—but overall the defense was much better.

We’d already proven that approach was clearly better, yet never adjusted back to it in this game. Really strange.

  4. The doubling shai didn’t work out. Besides that the 3s were falling for okc, okc fans have been complaining that no one can hit a 3. Every time denver put on a run they shot themselves in the foot with a bad turnover

  5. Spencer was AMAZING. WHAT a player? Maybe he should be an all Star. Plays on the same level as Jamala, the bullshit level. They should play in the WNBA.

  6. 23:04 when you guys did the pod about jamal becoming an all star, you made assumptions about his performance going forward. You guys thought that he's not going to tail off because he knows now what it's all about.
At that – I thought to myself, he is definitely going to have a bad stretch after all star game because it's just natural, you keep yourself in such high alert, it's natural that you're gonna let go after that.I just didn't think it would start the moment he was announced. šŸ˜‚

  7. The Thunder have perfected snapping their head back when they're being closely guarded! They've found a loophole and they're good at it! They have to be practicing that. It's ugly basketball!

  8. After sleeping on it, I’m glad this loss happened now. We needed some tape on OKC for the playoff run. Not the end of the world.

  9. Take me home Mountain Mama.

Unforced errors is what OKC does.

Cason Wallace was just the "next guy up" for the injury plagued Thunder.

  10. I agree with everything said but I do believe we will be a lot better offensively in the future

  11. Just put a dog to SGA and leave them 1-on-1. If he successfully penetrated, let the Center help. So many times, they triple-teamed SGA leading to easy perimeter shot. The defensive plan was really stupid

  12. You guys need to chill a bit, I know that all of you just like me would love if we destroyed the OKC tonight, but you know what, the title would still not be secured. So, stop crying, and look at things objectively, you are acting as if you suddenly forgotten the situation the team is in right now… We are fine, I still believe that we are getting the championship this year, and it will not be that hard.

  13. As good as it is for Peyton to be a scorer, they need perimeter defense bad. Not that Peyton isn’t but without cb and Aaron Gordon the defense is rough

  14. Teams figured out if they are phisical with us they have great chance to win
It makes no sense to me why league allows it

  15. Denver need to take seriuosly to denfed the perimeter. In every 3 they are late. Jamal smiling after the game because he manage the title All-Star…today we see again how bad is againts good defenders, not scoring anything.

Jamal thought he will outscored his defender and it went horrible. Without a good defence this game plan do not work

  16. Jokic has to stop getting caught up in this flop off whenever we play the thunder. Easier said then done I know, but It’s embarrassing to watch and it makes him play worse every time.

  17. Damn that was bad. I was like Jamal is gonna go off, Jokic gonna take that MVP. Should have just rested if he wanted to give it away. That was terrible overall. Sign P Watt he is getting more expensive by the day.

  18. We had this guy named Braun for perimeter defense. He was pretty good even as a rookie in the finals. Known for winning even in College. Sure, Watson will get a cool highlight block and explode with his atheism for points in regular season. Everyone seems to have forgotten why Christen was considered "NBA Ready" out of college and why he started.

  19. I am a Denver fan. I am from the Balkans. Here we love watching Jokic work his magic. He is our pride and joy. I enjoy watching NBA more recently with all of the controversy and fixed draft picks, lottos etc. But all that aside I love watching and rooting for Denver along side my old man and also follow and watch other players in the league too. See them developing etc. I've been watching a lot of Antony Edwards who is probably my favorite American player outside of Jokic rn. Curry obviously is a hall of famer and my former favorite player to watch player before Jokic, still watch Curry's game from time to time. Doncic would probably be my 3rd second player to watch because he is from Slovenia, he is from the Balkans and all that, we love him here soo much. Moreover as I've been watching these guys for the past 2 and a half years since getting back into it, and now the OKCs' losses from this seasons and some of the teams that played and won against them: The Spurs, Miami, Pacers, The Timberwolves have figured out their weakness and utilized it against them and that is the fact that they started to play vs OKC with more aggression and started hustling for the ball when they are defending against them. They started to go for the ball more, box them out a little bit more and getting a lot of steals of off them, more notably that one game when the Wolves stole SGAs' ball a lot when he was attacking. They showed that The Thunder can "bleed" and are beatable and I think Denver should start utilizing this into their game and try to hustle for the ball more often and for sure box out Chet and Holmgren as they are not as good as of defenders as some people picture them to be. The turnovers need to be minimized and take charge of that perimeter round the 3 pointer a lot more serious. I did see a little bit of hustle from PWat in some action during this game which resembles what I am talking about and I think he needs to improve on it a lot more. Same with AG, Braun when he comes back, Cam and Bruce. But over all this was only the first game of four and we got the Joker back and we need to let him get back into the swing of things and push for the playoffs.

  20. This isn’t rocket science Nuggets can’t compete with the very best teams DEFENSIVELY without AG & CB.

IF they’re 100% healthy I still think they’re the team to beat in the playoffs and will be very hard to beat 4/7 games. Just a matter of health (which is obviously a big IF with this team).
