The more looses than win teams should have an equal chance of getting high prospects. The picks for any teams in oder are also by raffe. That's for me one of the solutions.

I don’t get why the pacers got fined when the nets were doing the exact same thing that game. The pacers just benched their starters on the back end of 2 back to backs, which sucks, but so many teams have done that lately. Lakers just did it vs spurs and they’re not even tanking
Best solution would be to take the NFL route and make them stay in college for 2-3 years so it won’t be a generational draft every year. That makes teams find other ways to develop what they already have and find a way to be competitive.
