I think its time to ride the Reed roller coaster and really embrace it.
He's basically the only true guard in the rotation and they simply don't have enough firepower without him. Maybe with him, they'll have a puncher's chance at giving a top team a run for their money. I don't think they really have a choice.
The problem was last year we didn’t have reliable scoring options with KD we can close the games out
An underrated issue people aren’t talking enough about is Ime Udoka. Udoka has done a great job at establishing a culture in Houston and reviving the team, but I feel like their ceiling has capped under Udoka. This team isn’t a FVV away from contention, that’s just wishful thinking to believe that FVV is the difference that’ll make them win a ring.
Udoka literally sat Reed Sheppard who had 5 threes when the rockets needed a 3 to tie against the Clippers. The amount of throwaway games the rockets have had this season is insane. It obviously ain’t all Udoka’s fault, but I think the rockets need a change of voice imo.

They need another scorer beside KD; I like Jabari but he's off and on. Amen can't shoot! I don't trust Sengun.
