As a Spurs fan, I cannot wait for the playoffs, but at this moment in time as a general NBA fan I am really hoping Wemby is calling all of the all-star world team members and lobbying them to completely dismantle and dominate the USA team in the all-star game… Like literally play it like an Olympic style game and just completely crush the USA team. I want completel dominance and embarrassment, the all-star game has needed to be actually competitive for a LONG time now and Wemby has a shot at being the catalyst for that to happen.

Spurs will get to the finals but lose. They will then get Kawhi in the off season. Kawhi will come home to Spurs and will retire after 3 to 4 years with 2 more rings with Spurs.
As a lifelong spurs fan, this could be start of dynasty and it’s a joy to see them ahead of schedule. However this team key players are young, lack experience, and there’s a degree of sloppiness. You saw it in last warriors game and inconsistency pre recent winning streak. That could result in a first round upset to a deep run but I lean towards them not pulling it off this year. But league better be happy cause they will own league soon.

No one is terrified. The tanking this year has made this a very small race. Nuggets, Spurs, OKC are the only teams that matter in the west. Rockets, Lakers Twolves, Suns, Warriors are not terrified by the Spurs because they know they don't stand a chance.
Regardless of who comes out of the west, the East doesn't stand a chance.
