I'm a huge fan of Darko but I disagree with his mindset slightly here. I get/understand the Raptors are in a rebuild but that said…. the Raptors have 2 players and a coach in the All Star game. Toronto should be trying to win the Championship NOW not 3 years from now. Have that 3 year rebuild vision BUT if the opportunity arises the Raptors have to have the mindset that this year might be the year as well. Until proven otherwise this is the year the Raptors win back the Championship.

The team is loaded with young talented players, but lack development programs. Shooting not improving. The team has struggled with consistency on defense, leading to "ugly" losses. The team has also struggled to find answers when games slow down.
