Pairing Luka and Flagg would be insane , so hear me out, trade Flagg for Lebron and Bronny. That will bring kyre, bron and Klay together. Sheesh, that's a guaranteed championship for Dallas. Flagg and Luka will be ok on the Lakers 😂

I don't think it will work out because LA will trade him if he doesn't do a contract extension when he's running out (their new ownership isn't stupid enough to lose him for nothing). But I think he would love to come back under the right circumstances, and pairing him with the current team (plus a decent draft pick this summer) would make them instant favorites to win the title. He and Flagg on the same floor would be one of the greatest duos in NBA history. But I can't believe if he let his contract expire so he could go into free agency, I think the Lakers make a move to get something for him first.

I don't see the Adlesons selling the team just to turn around and pay all that money for a vegas team. If the Adlesons wanted a team in vegas, they'd have gone that route years ago instead of buying the mavs.
Unless the team is worth a lot less than what Mark sold it for there is no way he would buy it back or even have enough of the ownership stake to make decisions

Well, if Luka Doncic did want to return to the Dallas Mavericks after 4 years with the Los Angeles Lakers from now, then you might as well think he has the perfect similarity with Lebron James. The first seven years of Lebron James to the Cleveland Cavaliers then join Miami Heat for the next four. Then return to the Cleveland Cavaliers by another four years. Luka Doncic might do the perfect similarity with the Dallas Mavericks if this were to really happen assuming he decided to really want to return to the Dallas Mavericks. But if all that fail for his another four years with the Dallas Mavericks if he returns, then he might as well rather join east instead as well hahaha as perfect opposite of Lebron James in switching conference as well. After all, he did get that first seven years treatment from Dallas Mavericks to Los Angeles Lakers similarly to Lebron James from Cleveland Cavaliers to Miami Heat. Except the villain was Nico Harrison to make that similarity accurate.

Luka will come back because it's meant to happen. It's too epic of a story NOT to happen. Cuban isn't about to overpay to take the Mavs back because he wants to sit around a rebuilding team. Like Cuban or not, he's sneaky smart. He'll overpay, bring Dirk on in a major role, and make it right with Luka. The main reason this will work is simple..Luka WANTS to be here. Just gotta make things right and get rid of the negative people in the building. LeBron returning to Cleveland was an enormous story. This would be a fucking movie. Absolute cinema.
