Kyries needs to leave, let them rebuild around flagg with draft picks since that's what they want. Spend his last few good basketball years on a contender.
Don't rush him back but yes he needs to be back at some point in this season as he needs to knock off rust and this team needs a point guard to really evaluate the team. Namely PJW and Gafford's fit next to Flagg. We can't guage that yet as both need a point guard to take advantage of their positives which is the transition game something Flagg also plays great in transition.
I don’t necessarily agree with Kyrie being “a floor general” like since when was that even a thing? If anything he’s truly a SG, it’s not like Luka wasn’t the one running our offense when he was here. Kyrie has always been out closer/scorer he’s never been known to be a facilitator per say

The way I see it we have an overload of point guards right now going nowhere . Ok so we got open competition for the back up spot . Spend this season figuring that out let Kyrie sit and we can go all off season gaining camaraderie and learning the system together . With the ACL there’s physical injury but there’s also mental side to it also playing in an open gym is one thing NBA basketball is another story the last thing we need is to lose him again in a pointless season
