It's why KD and Kyrie failed in Brooklyn, it's why teams like Houston, Phoenix and the Clippers never got a banner. It's not about having "The Best Player", it's about having a Rajon Rondo, Jimmy Butler or Draymond Green to PUSH those great players and HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE. Outside of that, it's just not in their personality… AND THAT'S OKAY!!! Not everyone's going to be that Alpha-Dog, regardless of their talent – You can't hold these guys under a microscope 24/7 and then call them out for the same flaws that the rest of us have.
