Abolish the draft. Have a "free agency" period for college athletes to sign where they want. The worse a team is, the more they can offer. Space it over 2-3 days to give time for negotiating and the worst teams get like a 1 day headstart. Every team is only allowed to sign 2 players

If the Pacers are tanking there doing a terrible job at it there still a 500 team in there recent games and they won two games that they could of lost. The Knicks are third right now and the pacers barely beat them in overtime if they wanted to they could have easily missed a shot or some free throws to loose that game, and if they were tanking they would’ve found a way to lose the nets game, since the Nets are right next to them in the rankings. Adam silver’s just kicking them while there down

Easy fix, strip their draft picks, that will get them competitive. No one is tanking for pick 1 if they know pick 1 will be taken from them
