Here's my fix for not intentionally tanking to get a high pick. Set a definition of what is tanking. If a team meets that definition, and maybe you have a warning, then a penalty. A warning demotes one (or more) draft positions down from the lottery position. A penalty takes you out of the top 3 (or lower) regardless of lottery position. Fining a team does no good in a league of billionaires. Of course this assumes the lottery is completely on the up and up- of which I am not totally certain- in a league of billionaires… Go Blazers.
Why is it that no one seems to acknowledge the turnover problem with this team?
Tanking isn't a issue
Mike! How can Portland be the worst 3 point shooting team AND the worst turnovers team, and still have a near .500 record?
Wouldn't it stand to reason, that being just league average in 1 of those stats would make Portland a 50+ win team, and league average in both would put them at a 60 win pace?
My point is, are we closer than we think?
