Lebron has been playing like he’s counting steps since he got to LA. He has the energy to run and dunk when he gets the opportunity because he’s slacking on anything that doesn’t get him a direct stat. He’s always late on rotations or he acts like he doesn’t know it was his. And then he sits out the beginning of the season hoping that would keep them out of the playoffs with a built-in excuse. Then he comes back and has his agent badmouth the team so when they lose it doesn’t look as bad. Or if they luck up and win it looks great. It’s selfish and embarrassing. Lebron thinks he’s bigger than the league and the organization which is why he’s hated by true Laker fans. No Laker legend before him ever thought they were bigger than the purple and gold.
Lebron at this stage of his career is more known for reality show style drama and stat padding at the expense of the team than actual winning.
The league has plenty of up and coming talent and teams to fill the void but all they choose to promote are aged out stars who, honestly, are poor examples for the next generation of NBA talent.
